In today's world, having an entrepreneurial mindset is becoming more and more important. Being an entrepreneur means constantly improving, learning, and adapting to new situations. It's about having a growth mindset and persevering through adversity. However, for many people, having this mindset doesn't come naturally. One of the biggest challenges in developing an entrepreneurial mindset is overcoming a need for perfection. This can lead to analysis paralysis, fear of failure, and ultimately, no progress. The key is to practice and embrace imperfection. Entrepreneurial success often comes from taking imperfect action and learning along the way.
Personal development is another important aspect of developing an entrepreneurial mindset. Surrounding oneself with positive influences, reading books, and learning from business coaches can help shape one's beliefs and habits. Making the journey towards an entrepreneurial mindset easy and taking the easy choices is often the hardest part, but with perseverance and patience, it is possible. By embracing imperfection, continually practicing, and investing in personal development, anyone can develop an entrepreneurial mindset and achieve success in their personal and professional lives.

Today I want to talk about investing. I'm very much aware that this is a topic that has been talked about a lot, especially when you are in the online world. It's all about reading sales pages and investing six to seven figures in order to be successful. But, there are a lot of things here that just don't sit well with me.
I didn't think that I was smart for the longest time. The reason for that is high school.
In our society, it's very traditional that science and math = smart and linguistic, creativity and arts = cute... and that's just not true. No, it's a mindset thing!
When I work with clients, I go into business and immediately see what’s worth spending your time on, what things can wait, and what things you should cut out completely because they simply don’t work for you. I do not discriminate in terms of “you need to have a certain academic degree” but I thrive on working with business owners who get me and who get how I work. Don’t be afraid to articulate that - who do you want to work with?
Listen to this new episode and find out more about why when I talk about smart, I do absolutely not refer to academics.

Marketing is all about helping people make the right choice, which essentially means buying the product or service that you sell. But what if I told you there is another way to attract the right clients for your business?! A way that is not based on selling the solution for someone’s worst fear or selling an idea of a perfect future to someone... but finding your client where they are at! It's not an easy shift, but one that is well worth it!

There was a time when I accepted clients who ticked all the boxes in terms of being a perfect client but were they all good for my business? Would that lead my business to success?
Recently, I decided to reduce the number of people that I work with drastically, simply because it was getting really stressful for me and my business wasn't going towards the direction I envisioned. If you feel the same, then I got some good news for you and that is that as an entrepreneur you can choose who you want to work with. You do that by being very clear in your messaging about what you want, and who you want to attract, but more importantly by being clear about who you don't want to work with.
You can choose the client you want to work with and find out what type of business models support that.

How to avoid entrepreneurial burnout: Knowing what to outsource and when to let go is the biggest gift you can give yourself as an entrepreneur.
In the beginning, you obviously, do everything on your own because you don't have the resources and you don't know where to look. But once your business grows and you get your name out there, you should start building a team and outsource tasks, otherwise, burnout is waiting for you around the corner.

Hiring a business consultant is not just for big businesses!
A business consultant for a small business can be very beneficial and today I want to explain to you why. The word ‘consultant’ was always so intimidating to me. Once I learned what a consultant is I only thought of the big 5 international cooperations and I connected it with white dudes in a suit. Even though I am a consultant today and hence a little bit more ridged than a coach would be, I’m still an entrepreneur with creativity and creative solutions.
What is really important to understand is that you don't have to be a huge business in order to hire a consultant. I actually think that small businesses that want to stay lean but efficient should absolutely hire a consultant. I work with many small businesses that are one-person shops who are very successful in what they do but weren’t considering hiring a consultant because they thought it is a corporate thing. Let me remind you you are the CEO of your company and having a consultant who helps you with strategy and creative solutions is exactly what your business needs.

There are different points to a high-ticket in business. Today I want to share my personal opinion with you on what I've observed over the last few years when it comes to high-tickets in the business world. In business, it's always about time and money. It doesn't matter what industry it is.
Unfortunately, there's no accountability in the coaching industry and people promise things, but nothing happens. Let's look at how services/ products are delivered in the online coaching space and whether the rationale of “I'm charging my worth'' is enough to charge a high-ticket?
