Christmas already? Who is it for? Worship Sunday 19th November 2023
It is our Gift Service just after our Christmas Fayre. A busy day and wow, the preparation that went
into it. A Santa’s Grotto, tables laden
with gift ideas and mince pies everywhere…But today we take time to think about whose Christmas it is and then dig deeper into our text for this Sunday from Matthew
25:14-30. A challenging text and our focus is on how we ‘measure’ success in church terms and whether we have
somewhat missed the point…
Rev Sarah is on the reflections so we have an intro section, reading, reflection, reading, reflection and finish. Thanks to Andy for reading.
