This week Pastor Jason Barrow teaches that Christmas exists for family because, at the perfect time, God sent Jesus to rescue us from slavery to sin and adopt us into His spiritual family as beloved sons and heirs who can call Him “Abba, Father.” Because we are redeemed, united, and securely set in God’s family. Christmas is a season to live free enjoying, resting, investing in others, and growing into the identity God joyfully planned for us.
