Christmas is a hard time for many, especially those who have just given up drugs or alcohol. If you have nothing, there will likely be a good Christmas dinner, for free, somewhere in your community. If you can afford it, give back to your community with time or money. I talk about how terrifying it was to be newly sober at Christmas in 1989, and how Christmas 2024 is completely different.
