The Christmas tree is a beautiful Christmas Tradition. The Christmas tree was not a pagan symbol; in fact, it has been used by Christians throughout the centuries to remind and celebrate the gift of Christ Jesus. Trees are an important part of God’s Redemptive Story. God planted the first tree (The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil), then Jesus died on a tree (The Cross) to atone for our sins and finally all of history to culminate in the presence of a tree (The Tree of Life). This Christmas, let your tree tell God’s story and your story of redemption, grace and love.
