Are you looking forward to Christmas? Or is it a stressful thought to be with family? Is it because your focus is on the wrong thing? What if it was less about the STUF of Christmas (gifts, food, etc) and more about spending quality time with the people you love? It doesn't have to be about the stuff. Slow down, develop some traditions, and be present for the people you love.
