Christopher Meyer was a sweet 10 year old boy who went missing after fishing at a local boat dock near his home in Kankanee County, Illinois in August of 1995. He was later found murdered. 14 years before, in May 1981, 5 year old Tara Sue Huffman was also found murdered in the same area. These 2 families had no idea that through the loss of their 2 children that they would forever be connected to fight for reform and change in the justice system.
