He has led development of Independent Government Cost Estimates for Navy submarine and carrier programs, driving multimillion-dollar savings. Holding a Top Secret clearance, Christopher is also an experienced mentor and trainer. Outside work, he enjoys swimming, fitness, car restoration, and family life in Charleston, SC, with his wife Abbey and children.
