Throughout Colossians Paul is setting the foundation that Jesus is God, Jesus is Savior, and Jesus is King. Jesus doesn't want just part of us, He wants all of us, but too often we have one foot in the world and one foot in God's kingdom. That's not how it works though. Jesus is everything or He is nothing. What is your relationship with Him today? This is what Paul is challenging the Colossians with in verse 23 of chapter 1.
