What is it that moves the Lord of Glory to weep? In this passage, He wept over the stubborn lostness of His own people, and the judgment that He knew they were going to suffer for their rejection of Him. What is even more amazing is that though He wept over their rejection, He still went to them – He went to them to cleanse the temple and to teach them the truth of eternity.
