In this weeks podcast we are blessed to hear from the Lady of the House, Christy Johnson. We are continuing in our series "Family Values" and this value is "Servanthood is our Position".
Servanthood is the highest honor in our walk with the Lord. You're never going backwards when serving, you're always moving forward, always advancing! Loving God and serving people are one in the same. So if I truly love God, I will naturally be inclined to serve others! It will not feel like a task. Even if our flesh is tired, serving with rejuvenate our spirit!
If servanthood is the job title, than stewardship is the job description. If we're stewarding our gifts and our talents, we will be using them for the Lord. Whatever you're going through this week, take a moment to see who you can serve, not so you can be rewarded, but solely because servanthood is our position!
