Where do you need to pause and ask for new eyes to see an object, person, or situation?  Maybe you're telling yourself a story that was untrue just like I was.  I hope that you're inspired to ask for help and to try again.   The phrase "The story I'm telling myself" is from teachings and books by Brene Brown.  

 

 

Self-Care:  Take the time to enjoy the night sky and look for planets. I like this guide from Earth Sky.  I also use the app called Night Sky. 

 

Play:  Sidewalk Chalk!  Get EVERYONE outside and enjoy the beautiful days of fall.
