In today's episode I was in the mood for karaoke, so I did something similar, which is to play the song association game! I played this game with a YouTube video that organizes the words & the time. This is the last story time episode of my mini sports series. Today I talked about my encounter with track. I go over how I ended up playing it in the spring, along with other things I learned along the way. Towards the end of the episode I briefly go over other activities I attempted in doing. I've spoken my truth...lol. In today's episode I do another story time, however this time it's with my experience playing basketball in high school. The moral of this story, is to not let people control you and have faith in yourself.

However besides all this I encourage everyone to try sports to really get yourself out of your comfort zone. It
