I have self diagnosed CCLS (chronic cheer leader syndrome). I’ve always had a passion for helping others as much as I can, when I can. I am someone who went through a lot on my own. I want to give all of the information I wished I had when I started my healing and communication journey. Additionally, I’m a silly goose (hate the silly, not the goose), so not every episode is going to be serious.disclaimer: I am uneducated in this field.
