Chelsea has a mentorship where she takes women on a 12-week journey to build sustainable health through simply changing their water, minerals, and mindset. In addition to that, she currently coaches women on one-to-one zoom sessions on how to have tactical and empowering conversations with a medical provider, including opting out of medical procedures which is a surprisingly hard thing to do for most people.
