The global health epidemic of the Corona Virus also known as COVID-19 has the world in hysteria. At a time of crisis when our survival is threatened, we are challenged to look within so we can manage the external.
Are you panicking or overreacting?
In times like this, we cannot forget humanity and we cannot panic. Imagine if first responders panicked every time there was a disaster? We'd be in big trouble. However, they are trained to remain calm in the face of terror because if they panic it's literally life or death.
In this episode, Frantzces shares some insight on how to alter your perspective during this difficult time.

Is redemption possible? Kobe Bryant's death had Frantzces thinking about what it means for someone to redeem themselves and is it possible for someone to do that in the current climate of our society?
Who is redemption ultimately for? Redemption is possible for everyone who is willing to walk on the journey of humility.
She also explores how there is this widening gap between us as humans and empathy. She asks the question, are we selective with empathy or can we find a way to bridge that?
Empathy keeps the lights on.
