Symptoms like constant rush, neglected personal needs, and high stress levels characterize time poverty, often stemming from a lack of self-awareness and empathy towards oneself.

To foster time affluence, we discuss actionable strategies and explain the benefits of embracing time affluence including reduced stress, improved well-being, enhanced productivity, and stronger relationships through the availability of quality time.
