Do you find yourself learning, planning, and strategizing more than taking action? Then this episode is for you. Calling it being stuck in your head. or whatever, but it sucks and it doesn't benefit you when it turns into a form of procrastination. How often do you find comfort that you are "making progress" when you are doing research, or creating a plan? It is a pattern that causes nothing or very little to show for it. Leaving you burnt out and frustrated. A car makes no progress thinking about it, it has to be in movement. Movement is always an action. Motion isn't.

What a weekend, I'm using the day to rest. This weekend taught me somethings about certain patterns. How often are you putting your long term needs before your short term pleasure? So it's just a normal Saturday, or so I assumed, and while recording this podcast, something that has never happened before, happened. I put a video on IG reels of me singing "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" smoking a J from my CBD blend "The Composition". All of a sudden, I got a notification, "Your IG Reel has reached over 1k" I didn't even see that one until I saw the second one which was, "You IG reel has been viewed 2k times" and as I'm recording this podcast, I reacting to at the end of the podcast it was almost at 4k, and the time of publishing this podcast it is at 3,755 views in 1 hour. I guess people are really feeling those peace trump vibes lol
