Hello friends!

This week’s episode is now out on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Listen in.

“Be still and know that I am God…”

Psalm 46:10

A reminder for us all, when you don’t know what to do next, start with what you know.

Be still.

Know what is true.

God is God, and you are not.

Let that be enough to carry you right now.

Stay grounded and human. I am cheering you on, friend.

If this reflection made a difference for you. Please leave a comment. ❤️

For now, let’s pray.

God all-powerful,

Jesus, my savior and friend,

Holy Spirit, the voice of Truth within,

Help me to tread slowly,

May the pause be the place of our encounter.

May Your peace sustain me when my feet fail me.

In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Until next time,

Love God, love you, love others.

Please take a moment to give this reflection a heart ❤️. This helps other people who need encouragement to find these words.

Don’t forget to listen along on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Heavenly Father,

Today I ask for your help, I can’t do this alone.

Let the Reality of your love cast a shadow over all lesser realities.

May your light lead me,

May your hand protect me.

In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Amen.
