CHSR-FM 97.9

Every culture loves to laugh, and every generation has an opinion.

My guests today include Kabilan Shanmugaraja (writer, director) and three performers for the upcoming Annual Tamil Comedy Show. They join me to talk about the combination of comedy, improv and musical accompaniment that will form a hilarious debate about which generation’s music is better.

The Tamil-language comedy show is taking place on October 3 at the Ted Daigle Auditorium at 3:30pm. Tickets can be purchased at the Zeffy event.

Floods. Tsunamis. Storms. Erosion. There are a lot of reasons that we might be concerned.

My guest today is Margo Sheppard, the President of the Fredericton Community Climate Hub. She joins me to discuss where the Hub came from and what it wants to do, as well as talk about the topic of the upcoming Panel Discussion: Climate Anxiety.

The free Panel Discussion on Climate Anxiety is on Thursday, September 24 at 530pm, hosted at Conserver House, 180 St. John St. It will be followed by the Hub’s Annual General Meeting for those interested.
