Chubby Kid Mentality

This episode of Hope in Struggle is from a previous interview that I did with Chalene Johnson on her podcast, The Chalene Show, and is for anybody who has struggled with body issues or anybody who helps today’s children develop positive attitudes towards their own bodies, especially parents and teachers. During the interview, I chat about personal struggles with her self-image from childhood and how I always felt less than I was actually worth. But I promise this story is ultimately a happy one! I'm proud to feel successful, happy, and have a beautiful family. God has shaped Mindy through her struggles and she believes each trial was put in her life for His grand purpose and her joy through Him.
