This has been in production for multiple years, because of that relationships change, and groups involved do too. Jacobin provided 5k dollars to the podcast and People's History has dissolved, and my relationship with Red Media has also ended and they will have no editorial oversight on this or be connected beyond receiving a 5k grant from The Real News Network on our behalf. We are still releasing this with The Real News Network, and we did receive that support from Jacobin, but overall this is now a Chunka Luta Project and we will be dropping the second narrator and trying to include more due to the wait people have had. The reason we reduced it in this version was to save time to fit suggestions made by Jacobin and still fit more information. Since time is no longer being limited, we are free to make any changes to improve the final product in the end and write out the second narrator. Until then over the next 70 days in honor of the re-occupation of Wounded knee we will be releasing info and media related to it on our social medias
