In The Sin of Certainty by Dr. Peter Enns, the author proclaims that God desires our trust more than our correct beliefs. That is not to say correct beliefs have no place, but he does emphasize that trust in God is a higher priority. Enns is a biblical scholar who teaches and writes on the intersection of Bible and contemporary Christian faith. He has written or edited over a dozen books and many articles and essays on topics pertaining the Bible and Christian faith. Dr. Enns teaches at Eastern University in St. David's Pennsylvania

Byron Rempel Burkholder served the church in Palestine for three months in early 2016. That's when the difficult relationship between Palestine and Israel - a relationship he has followed for some time - became real. Together with Palmer Becker, who has served in the region numerous times, the two men moved to adopt a resolution for justice in Palestine and Israel at the Mennonite Church Canada Assembly in Saskatoon in July, 2016. The resolution is the result of a plea from Palestinian Christians who are suffering under Israeli occupation and who believe it is God's will that Israeli's and Palestinians live with one another in peace, justice, freedom, and security. Byron offers background, biblical viewpoints, and interpretation of what the resolution does and does not say.

Rod Reynar has lived with severe chronic pain for much of his life, and at one point contemplated suicide. Rod is a Christian Mennonite with science degrees and a passion for agriculture and the social sciences.
