The man who is the current pope is wrong in his very personal, very fallible opinion presented as a mere man, and not as Pope. God does not make people gay, and such a person is not born that way.
Jorge Bergoglio is wrong.
Now again, given the circumstances of a person repeating to the press what he said the pope said, we have to presume the victim of a long ago assault by a homosexual priest was not lying when he said the pope said God makes people gay and loves them that way. If Bergoglio the man — not Francis the Pope — did indeed say that, then the gay-controlled Vatican has a moral duty and obligation to come out and deny either that he said it or that was not what he meant.
In either case, crickets from the elitist gays in control in Rome because all of this press suits their plans very well. Just as they schemed and connived behind the scenes at the 2014 Extraordinary Synod on the Family to deliberately produce the headline: "Church Says Gay is Okay" — a plot, as you recall, Church Militant was more than happy to have a part in blowing up.

The Vatican gays are now at it again, riding this latest rainbow wave across every major paper in the world. Perhaps the man who is pope is getting fed his bad info from closeted or homosexualists Vatican appointees like Fr. James Martin or Fr. Thomas Rosica, among the biggest gay cheerleaders you will find in Rome. We aren't certain that what is being ascribed to the pope is either what he said, if it was translated correctly, reported correctly or what he did mean if those were his words.
What we do know is this: The Vatican has not "clarified" the matter to any substantial degree, and the homoheresy gang in the Vatican is making hay out of the whole affair
So let's be clear here. The opinion of the man Jorge Bergoglio means absolutely nothing in this regard. He is not a psychologist. He is not gay — that anyone has ever said anyway. Whatever view he has of homosexuality is filtered heavily by a group of influential gay or homosexualist cardinals and clergy who never stir from his side.
For someone, regardless of who the man is, to even suggest that Almighty God actively creates, deliberately brings into existence a disordered sexuality is reprehensible. Then to suggest, or leave open to easy interpretation, that the Almighty likes it or loves the disorder is malicious.
Again, we don't know, for all the above mentioned variables, if that is what the man who is currently pope said or believes or not.
But we do know that there are many standing around him who do believe and say that and we might add it's not unreasonable to consider the possibility that they are using him to advance and normalize their own disordered sexualities. There is an ocean of difference between God permitting the evil effects of a fallen world to play themselves out and Him actually bringing about the evil and then loving it.
People are not born gay — and that message is for you, Fr. Martin. Stop your lying. Holy cow, the "gay" man who claims to have repeated the words of the man who is pope was raped by a homosexual priest when he was a youngster. Think that maybe had anything to do with it?
A predator homosexual priest, by the way kept hidden and tucked away so he could rape multiple other altar boys by the very same establishment now saying we should all embrace gay and build a bridge and listen to a gang of altar boy rapists, or those who support such predators. The only folks who seem to get a nod for mercy in this gay Vatican are other gays or those who embrace sacrilege, because really, it's all part of the same cloth: a denial of truth and right order.
About seven years ago, Church Militant was in Rome and reported on the scandal of gay clergy in the Vatican. We were attacked savagely by the Church of Nice establishment and their media — called sensational, lying, etc. Sadly, little by little, everything we reported has come to pass in spades. But see, what many Catholics don't understand in this whole "gays in the Church" thing is this: One dynamic is these perverts working feverishly behind the scenes to make it appear as though the Church has changed its teaching.
Then there is the complicit Church of Nice establishment who never wants this topic talked about in public because the truth of their own connivance would be completely exposed. Well, the silent treatment hasn't worked because now the homo clergy has not just come out of the closet, but they have come screaming and hooting and hollering out the closet. So the little dirty secret of the Church of Nice — think as just one of hundreds of examples, Cdl. Dolan's homo chancery in New York — has now come completely into the light with the headline: "Pope Say Gay is Okay."
What a filthy rotten disgusting diabolical lie. If God deliberately created gays as gay, and revels in it and thinks its so great and wonderful, then why did he give them the power to reproduce?
No one is born gay.
They are traumatized into it, raped into it, abused emotionally into it, deprived of an authentic masculine presence into it and even coached into it by predatory men — some of whom are priests. I'd like the man who is currently pope to look me in the eye and tell me God made me the way I used to live and therefore intends me to be that way and was happy with it and would have no problem with me returning to it, because after all, He made me that way.
You can imagine what my answer back would be. My answer to the very fallible man with a very errnant, very personal opinion who just happens to also be pope, for now.
Pray for him and the gang of perverted men around him.

Remember to sign up for our daily newsletter so you don't have to rely on liberal social media giants to channel our info to you. They are being more aggressive each day in screening out truthful information as a way to fight back against the conservative awakening — which brings us to the point of today's episode of The Vortex.
Tens of millions of Americans rightly feel their country is being taken away from them by leftist globalists anti-Americans. Without getting into the detail, it's the reason Donald Trump is in the White House and Hillary can't stop talking about the 352,817 reasons she lost — none of them her fault.
Church Militant follows politics closely for one reason: Politics is reflective of the culture and the culture is the arena in which our faith life must be lived out, for the good or the bad. A culture disposed to overarching Catholic Christian themes will be a place where it will be easier to raise up children into moral adults. And the opposite is true of course. A more coarse, immoral culture presents huge challenges for parents to instill solid theological values. A society that forgets about God soon comes to persecute those who do.
All of this is summed up in the world of politics. That's why it gets so vicious and divisive. Because those who really have their heads in the game understand that – it's not an understatement to say – what's at stake is the future of the world.
That dynamic is at play in every single election. Sometimes it's very evident, other times a little less so, but that's the heart of all politics: clashing worldviews. In our times, there are essentially two big worldviews: The majority view that man is the center and sum of his own existence and what used to be the majority view that God is the center of existence.
A million different choices fall from each of these views on every conceivable question and, many times, the division is revealed quite obviously. For example: the question of whether so-called transgenders should be allowed in the military. While there are true military readiness issues in play, there is also underlying those, the larger issue of the morality of transgenderism itself and if institutions like the military should be used as incubators for bringing about social acceptance with regard to this.
People who see the erosion of a God-centered morality being replaced with a "morality" of "do whatever feels good" are deeply troubled by the onslaught of the anti-God forces and their stunning string of political and legal victories. We have a hyper-sexualized culture which is directly responsible for the the failure of tens of millions of marriages, mass murder of children, sodomy as marriage, the far-reaching destruction of the family and an overall diminishment of the value of human life.
And on a political front, no candidate stands up and runs on these issues that way. They change the vocabulary from mass murder of children to "women's rights," same-sex so-called marriage to "equality" and so forth. They have to lie and change the language because most would not consciously go into a voting booth and simply vote for killing a child or the promotion of man-on-man sex or leaving children fatherless.
But, however its dressed up, that's what it is. In the rough and tumble world of politics — which is always swirling about and changing — some elections come about that are simply more important than others.
World events, political retirements, geographical population shifts, dominant political personalities occupying center stage — all sorts of things — combine to make the landscape of the political order always dynamic, never static. A good mental picture is the ocean — always moving and swirling and changing. Sometimes all that is a little more calm, other times its much more violent, brought about by winds, air temperature, the shifting of the earth plates, etc.
The upcoming midterm elections this November here in the U.S. will be violent, to continue to the ocean analogy, perhaps more so than any midterm in living memory. The establishment suffered a major setback when Trump defeated Hillary coming up on two years ago now and they are bloodthirsty for revenge. They even went so far as to create a lie that Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the election from Hillary and have spent millions of federal tax dollars on the Mueller investigation to keep spinning that yarn, without the slightest shred of evidence to support it.
So hell-bent were they to defeat Trump that's what now becoming more clear is the Obama White House orchestrated an elaborate illegal plan to cover up Hillary's crimes and make up, out of thin air, a mess load of fictitious crimes about the Trump campaign. You can never forget that the big picture — the overarching determinant is a war on God and morality — even if that's not always clear, even to those directly involved in it. Two worldviews and there's not enough room in this town for both of them.
So these upcoming midterms are the first substantive opportunity the Empire has to Strike Back. They want to recapture the the U.S. House, make Nancy Pelosi speaker again and start impeachment proceedings against Trump to render him essentially a lame duck until the 2020 elections by keeping the Russia Russia Russia obstruction obstruction obstruction narrative going.
Over on the Senate side, they obviously want control there as well, even more so actually, because the Senate controls the courts and it was the weaponizing of the courts against morality that they were able to rain down such damage on the culture the past fifty years.
But in the ever swirling world of politics — think of the ocean analogy again — some things are not lining up well for the socialist Democrats, most especially the alignment of the stars in the battle for control of the Senate.
In short, there are many more Dems up for re-election than there are Republicans, and a healthy number of those Dems face the prospect of defeat because they are from states that Trump won back in 2016. So there are two tracks so to speak at play in these midterms. The first is expanding the GOP lead in the Senate and getting more and more good judges on the courts, especially the U.S. Supreme Court. The more Republican victories in the Senate races, the greater that likelihood.
But just expanding — which is likely as we sit here today — isn't good enough because two years later are the 2020 Presidential elections.
If Trump were to lose election — if he does indeed seek reelection — then a small Republican advantage in the Senate coming out of these midterms — could be wiped out and the very real prospect of a federal government completely controlled by the Democrats could become reality.
The Senate is the firewall against that prospect in this year's midterms. If the Republicans pick up just 2–4 senate seats, that might not be good enough. Five or more seat switching from Democratic to Republican control could well be a good enough insurance policy come 2020 to block complete control by the Party of Death over the U.S. government.
Some of this analysis of course necessarily depends on looking into a crystal ball, much like life requires some level of discernment about the future, like retirement investing for example, or what the value of a house might be in 10 years. But you can't stand still and just do nothing.
So the 2018 midterms are about two things: Keeping control of the Senate to ensure two more years of good judges getting seated on the courts. And keeping sufficient control as an insurance policy to block a complete Democratic takeover of Washington in 2020 — because that would be a disaster for people of faith.
And this is all about faith, faith in God by people who don't want to see their children grow up in world where bathrooms aren't safe, religion is mocked, they are made to feel inferior and have to deal with laws aimed at destroying their faith.
Politics really are important because the war of worldviews is important.

The U.S. bishops wrapped up their semi-annual meeting last week in beautiful and expensive Ft. Lauderdale — which of course raises the question, how come they never have their meetings in Toledo or Topeka or Bismarck?
I'm betting those venues are a lot cheaper — just saying. We could say more, much more, but won't, for now. Anyway, as bishop after bishop, especially the prominent ones — which means the modernist crowd — dominated the microphone and went on and on, one particular comment was a little head and shoulders above the crowd.
And no, it wasn't from a prelate correctly assessing the damage all his brother bishops had done to the Church and people's faith and calling for a complete and public confession and mass resignations for negligence. No, it was the speech of tyranny, of silencing opposition, under the guise of "calling for civility," a not uncommon tactic from the Left.
Listen to these remarks from pro-sodomy Cdl. Blase Cupich of Chicago:
[Transcript unavailable]
The arrogance dripping from him during that sanctimonious speech is noteworthy. Who does he think he is to decide what is civil and what is not? And in America, Your Eminence, free speech is protected.
You don't get to manage people's speech or encourage an environment where elites get to sit back and decide who gets to speak and what they get to say based on your beginning to rule their speech as civil.
Second point here — speech can be certainly civil and still be evil, as His Eminence knows a thing or four about. He has civilly said that men who practice sodomy together and are unrepentant of their evil actions should be able to receive Holy Communion. He's not alone in that regard, but he is out in front of the pack, practically speaking.
Again — civil, polite discourse. Cocktail mixers whispering, opera applause, genteel waves and everything very polished and posh and polite — in short, civil, but still evil.
Cardinal Edwin O'Brien, when he was rector of New York's St. Joseph's Seminary in Yonkers back in the 1980s, was always nagging seminarians about having their shoes polished and their cufflinks on. The clergy must always look civil and presentable was the message.
Meanwhile, turns out we have come to discover that Cardinal Cufflinks was one of the driving forces behind the whole homosexual clergy scandal in the New York chancery — Yep, stay civil, civil appearing, civil speaking. At all times, remain civil so you can fool people into thinking you are reasonable and, therefore, what you're doing to the Church is acceptable.
Many of the world's tyrants appeared to be and spoke in civil terms until they no longer had to. The civility they pushed was not born of a genuine respect for their fellow man but was merely a vehicle to sneak in their evil under the cover of being, well, civil.
Once being civil had gained them every inch it could yield them, then the facade was dropped and reality was revealed. Cupich and his lot do not like Catholic faithful talking about their evils because the more the talk is had, the more clear it all becomes. These men have no supernatural faith. They see and operate the Church as a mechanism, an institution to bring about social change which reflects their own personal view of an earthly kingdom.
They do not love the Church, else they would not treat with such contempt — expressed civilly of course — faithful Catholics. A powerful, robust, supernatural Catholic Church is an object of hatred for them. It calls man to a higher more perfect self-understanding, draws him out of the muck of sin. They don't really believe in sin, not in a classical Catholic sense or understanding.
Their seminaries don't teach it, they won't allow their priests to preach it. The only sin(s) for this lot are a country trying to control its borders, climate change and the death penalty. The real sins — child murder, sodomy, opposition to Church teaching, sacrilegious Holy Communions — all of these are to be disregarded as relics of some bygone era where we were prudish and nowhere near as sophisticated as we have now become.
It will be a lingering mystery for historians why so many Catholics were so taken in by all their "civil" chatter when the Church was at the same time being destroyed by this lot.
Not all tyrant speech is loud wild podium-pounding screaming and thumping. Sometimes, oftentimes, tyrant speech is merely civil, with threats and innuendos laced throughout, yet still delivered in melodic tones of civility.
But, whether they are screaming and dramatic or very scholarly looking, a tyrant is still a tyrant. And, when it comes to tyrants in robes, it's even more deceptive. This "let's dialogue" crowd of clerics is composed of liars and deceivers.
They always talk about "dialoguing," but they rebuff every attempt to — and this includes Cupich. They have ascended the rank and used the machinery of the Church to gain a platform. Having attained that platform, they now use it to hurl down stones at authentic Catholics. And, as the authentic Catholic crowd screams and cries from being pelted, the high and mighty clerics then accuse them of being "uncivil." It's actually laughable if it weren't so pathetic.
These tyrants — and they are tyrants because of how they treat those in their care — inflict spiritual pain on their subjects. When the subjects call for mercy, they say they need to stop shouting and be more civil.
That's how tyrants speak.

This episode is going to get a lot of people's noses out of joint — to which we say: too bad. Here's the thrust: Why aren't the supposedly "orthodox" bishops opening their mouths publicly and loudly about the homoheresy in the Church?
Seems like orthodoxy means something significantly more than just saying and preaching good stuff. It also includes condemning the evil stuff. And there is certainly no shortage of evil stuff in the Church in need of public condemnation.
So allow us to frame the topic. When a bishop who has a little fan club sits silently on the sidelines in the face of, for example, the homoheresy juggernaut in the Church, just exactly how and why is he deserving of a fan club? Because he talks a good game when it comes to say, reverent liturgy? Because he is doing something behind the scenes quietly to straighten up his seminary? Because he is a popular internet personality and makes the rounds at various conferences to much adulation and swooning from sycophants?
Something is wrong — warped, actually — with the allowance given to bishops who have at least some touchstone to some kind of orthodoxy and yet do nothing publicly to battle the very public homoheresy in the Church.
Why the silence? The bishop supporters of sodomy certainly don't stay silent. In fact, they have diarrhea of the mouth when it comes to the topic. It doesn't seem out of sorts or disproportionate at all for the supposedly "good" bishops to say something every now and then. Yet they don't.
And let's get down to brass tacks here, shall we? Why does Bp. Barron get a pass on not publicly confronting the evil of sodomy being pushed aggressively by Fr. James Martin and the gay cabal in the Church? Why do his supporters who, in adoration before the Barron mystique of supposed intellectual prowess and savoir faire, not stop their applause for a moment and ask themselves, "Why does he say nothing about this homoheresy?"
The homo-heretics certainly say a lot, yet our hero strangely remains moot on this. Logical question, right? What could possibly be the motive for his silence?
And how about Abp. Sample in Portland, a much-beloved prelate for his advancing of the traditional Latin Mass?
Why would he not be willing to lay it on the line and get off the sidelines to condemn Martin's evil? Does he not think there are people in his archdiocese who are not having to deal with the carnage being created by the homoheretics?
And how about Bp. Olmsted in Phoenix, another "good" bishop who can't seem to find his voice in all this tumult. Or Bp. Conley in Lincoln, Nebraska, or Bp. Morlino in Madison, Wisconsin?
What is it about the current condition of the Church that compels these men, as well as others, to hold their tongues? Is there some intoxication liquid that has dulled their intellects and made them think that if they just keep saying nice, holy, reverent things that Fr. Martin and his evil will just wither away?
Why on earth would any of these men think that? Or is it some other reason not immediately apparent? Do any of these men, or others, have friendships that stretch back to their seminary days in the 1960–1980s with any of the homoheretic crowd that keeps their mouths shut out of a sense of misplaced loyalty or not wanting to cause consternation in the bishops' "boys club" atmosphere?
Something has got to explain their refusal to step up and fight this filth. And faithful Catholics — until they actually do stand up and put their necks on the line and commit — it's hard to see how we can applaud them as "good."
In fact, their silence has been a major contributor to all this evil. Evil pushes hard until it is pushed back against. The homoheretics are bullies, and the only way to beat a bully is to smack him right in the face. Yet they refuse to do so.
How many of all these men — and there are many more than just the ones we named — fail to realize that their sheep — the families and friends of their sheep — are falling prey to this vicious gay "theology"?
Do they not think they have a duty to step up and condemn the most virulent heresy of our day? If not, why not? Silence is unacceptable.
Perhaps they are concerned they will suffer, in an ecclesiastical fashion, the fate that many of us laity have suffered: Banishment from the public square of the Church, ridicule, lies, verbal abuse, etc. Is that it? Some cockeyed notion that if you open your mouths the hammer will come down and you will be removed or replaced, thus exposing your sheep to a "bad" bishop replacement?
Well, if that's the thinking, it's wrong. For a bishop to keep silence in the face of this rampant evil already makes him a "bad" bishop. The fact that he's not as bad as one of the others doesn't excuse the silence.
There's too much politics, too much jockeying, too much chess strategizing (thinking 73 moves ahead) in the Church these days among the supposedly "good, orthodox" bishop crowd.
Do any of these people's admirers not think they have a duty to just come right out with it and let the chips fall where they may?
Do the men themselves who have somehow rationalized their silence as a "good thing" not have sufficient faith that whatever happens to them for defending Our Lord and the truth of the Faith is their witness to the truth and glory of the Faith?
Why is it that lay people, with more to lose in this world, are willing and able to lay it all on the line, and yet the leaders themselves are always holding back, keeping something for themselves? That's uncharitable and unjust — and a massive lack of integrity.
They'll talk about various themes and topics to help restore the Church and ask the laity to follow that advice and instruction — which is almost always certainly good — but when it comes to a personal cost, they stop.
They may not want to offend fellow bishop friends who are gay, they may have a homosexual past they don't want exposed, or maybe they're afraid they will tick off the wrong prelate and their ecclesiastical careers will come to a screeching halt — or possibly a hundred other reasons, none of which is sufficient reason to keep their silence.
The troops, the faithful laity are out here battling this evil at great personal cost of finances, reputation and so forth. Yet there sit the leaders safely out of the line of fire, turning up the volume on their Gregorian chants and Pontifical High Masses and appearances on YouTube trying to appear all cool and relevant and reasonable, or thinking that some hundred-year plan to "fix" the seminaries will solve everything.
They need to get off their bishop thrones and get down here in the muck with the faithful and start speaking publicly — and yes, being lambasted as homophobes and haters in the secular media and attacked left, right and center for being intolerant and lacking prudence and all that usual idiocy.
Excuse me, Your Excellencies, the color of your office as bishop is red for a reason. You must lay down your life for the sheep, to the point of physically spilling your own blood if necessary. But you won't even risk your reputations, seeking to hide behind a facade of "orthodoxy" as your sheep are being eaten alive.
Orthodoxy means right teaching, and you don't get to pick and choose what part of the teaching you can comfortably push and what part you can avoid because it costs you. Get in the game, and come to the defense of the faithful few who are fighting.
A few years after you are all dead, no one will remember you because you did nothing to fight this monstrous evil. Your YouTube hits and your pushing of Latin will amount to nothing if you let souls perish on your watch.
Be fathers, and stop being politicians.

Last month Pope Francis met with Juan Carlos Cruz, the abuse victim of a homosexual predator priest. That meeting set off an international firestorm both inside and outside the Church because of what Cruz claims the Pope said to him: "Juan Carlos, that you are gay does not matter. God made you like that and loves you like this and I don't care. The Pope loves you like this. You have to be happy with who you are."
Whether the Pope made those comments or not, and whether he meant what it seems like he meant, if he made them, they have become a rallying cry for the homo-lobby in the Church. They are claiming validation of not just gays are "born that way," but have now added the caveat that God ordained for them to be born that way and God is perfectly fine with it.
This is being spun in so many different ways that it's almost mind-boggling. But not as mind-boggling as the fact that almost no member of the hierarchy has come out and said anything about it. Which opens up some broader questions which need direct addressing. Father James Martin has become the waterboy for the advancing of the gay agenda in the Church, replacing Fr. Thomas Rosica who sat day after day lying to the assembled international media back in 2014 and 2015 about how consumed the bishops were with all things gay at the synods on the family in Rome.
For the record, bishops whom Church Militant spoke with flat-out denied any such protracted or continual conversations were going on. One of the favorite themes that the homo-lobby in the Church deceptively uses in the court of public opinion is that the Church hates gays and is riddled with homophobia. Indeed, it's one of Fr. Martin's constant "go-to" themes.
In his tactic, if gays can be painted as victims of a homophobic hierarchy and laity, then they can win the sympathy vote and advance their cause for full acceptance into the Church sexual activity and all, especially sexual activity since that is ultimately the very definition of homosexuality.
So Martin never misses a chance to lay the blame card at the foot of Church for victimization and homophobia. A couple of weeks ago, Cdl. Gerhard Mueller, former prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith — the CDF — said the claim that there is homophobia in the Church is ridiculous.
Father Martin seized on the opportunity in his Twitter feed to, indirectly, lecture His Eminence on how wrong he is and painted all opposition to men having sex with other men as homophobia and hatred. He even used the alleged comments of Pope Francis, which the Vatican has not commented on, as a support for his twisted views.
Never does he once even allow for the possibility that some Catholics have a moral repugnance to the sin and evil and do not fear and hate same-sex attracted people. The homo-heretics in the Church are winning the argument, no doubt about it. They will never be successful in changing Church teaching, but they have already been wildly successful in changing attitudes among Catholics.
Through all of this, you can count on one hand the number of American bishops who have stepped forward to decry Martin's heresy and dissent and obfuscation. Perhaps many of them are afraid to because they fear their own homosexuality might be revealed — their gay dalliances from their seminary days or perhaps even their ongoing activities.
Perhaps many of them are choosing to remain silent because they privately want to see him succeed, again owing to their own homosexuality or at least sympathy to it for whatever reason or reasons. Whatever the case, since the hierarchy has made the obvious decision to sit this one out and has refused to defend the Church and Her teachings, then the laity must step up and do so.
Father Martin — and not just him, but his whole cohort of supporters, public as well as private, must be directly challenged and called out. So Church Militant is inviting you to a special webinar this Wednesday night at 7 p.m. ET we are calling "Gay and Catholic?" where we will directly and firmly oppose this homoheresy running wild in the Church and unopposed by the nation's bishops.
Many ordinary Catholics feel abandoned by their bishops and clergy on this issue, and that is not without cause. They have been abandoned by their clergy, a huge number of whom are homosexual themselves and want this madness to continue. Many laity struggle with what to say or how to respond in the face of this gay juggernaut in the Church, so we are going to help you because your hireling shepherds refuse to.
They're too busy virtue signaling over illegal immigration and gun control and the death penalty and climate change, you know, all those things you go to Hell for — not! This is an extremely important presentation by Church Militant. Tune in. Tell your friends and family to tune in. Spread the word far and wide. Do. Not. Miss. This. Post it everywhere on your social media accounts. Email everyone you know, every group list you have.
Father Martin has steadfastly refused to ever get in an open debate where his heretical dissident views can be challenged to his face and where he must be extremely clear in his vocabulary. Every argument he makes is a dodging and weaving, a fabric of deceptive language and tricky use of vocabulary designed to sound like one thing and mean another.
Since almost no bishop will hold his feet to the fire then Church Militant is going to, because someone needs to. In truth, it should not be us doing this. It should not be any laity doing this. But it has to be, because the shepherds are not shepherding and they give absolutely zero indication they even care, and in the case of a good number of them, they actually publicly support the homoheresy.
The jig is up and it's time to throw down over this. As long as they will not defend the Church, then we laity must.
Again, this Wednesday night — June 13, 7 p.m. ET — mark the date and time, and get the word to everyone you know. Just log onto ChurchMilitant.com and the live stream will be right there at the top of the page.

Father John Hardon, a man on his way to sainthood, once said, paraphrasing, that only heroic Catholics will make it to Heaven these days, given the condition of the world. Heroic. Heroic dads and moms. Heroic families. Living saints.
The attacks of the enemy are so strong, so virulent, that most cannot withstand them and will be damned. When you look around the Church and see the huge number who have already sacrificed the Faith for worldly pleasure, it already comes into sharp focus.
A great thinning of the ranks has happened and an even greater one is coming, because the condition of the world necessitates such a thing happening. The Church Herself is undergoing a great persecution — a great end of the age conflagration — and Catholics who are still standing, however wobbly, better get with the program, fast.
One does not simply become a hero. A person is pre-conditioned to be a hero and to act accordingly through various life experiences and great internal struggle resulting in a sacrificial frame of mind. A hero in the first order, essentially by definition, is the one whose primary concern is the other. They sacrifice themselves for the good of another.
Now, almost everyone does this here and there, in small ways, every now and then under certain circumstances. While that's good, it should not lull someone into a wrong self-perception. Being a hero really means conquering of self, for the good of the other. This is spiritual heroism. Defeating Satan within you, on your own personal battlefield, so that you can then help save others.
Lots of people will dive into icy waters to rescue a doggie, or run into a burning building to save a child — that's natural heroism, and of course is to be commended. But would those same people give up their contraception, or their pornography and masturbation habit? Would they battle and work to defeat the thoughts of lust or anger they hold deep within themselves in order to enslave the devil within, instead of being ensnared by him?
They ultimately do this for the good of God, for the advancement of the kingdom. The old saying, "you cannot give what you do not have," is worth thinking of here. While a person may be a hero in the natural order — and few are, relatively speaking — authentic heroism is demonstrated in the supernatural realm, where the results are eternal, not just temporal.
A person cannot give supernatural heroism to others when he does not possess it himself. He may have many fine admirable natural qualities — even various atheists have as much — but good natural qualities do not merit Heaven. Supernatural heroism merits heaven — nothing less.
When Our Blessed Lord was on Earth in His earthly ministry, He said the beautiful line about having come to bring fire to the Earth and how much He longed that it was already ablaze. The fire is His, but individuals in the Church are the little matchsticks He desires to use to light the fire and burn down the kingdom of Satan.
We will all be judged on how much we presented ourselves to Him to be used by Him to build the conflagration, to ignite the fire and set the world alight. Matchbook heroes — that is what we are called to be, every day, to advance the truth of the Church.
Spiritual arson is the work of faithful Catholics — to pray and cry to be a great saint, to be used to save souls, to become heroes in the war against the infernal. You see, you do not fight fire with fire, you fight fire with Heavenly fire.
Be a hero.

So the American bishops — emphasis on "American" much more than bishops — just wrapped up one of their usual meetings last week, and sitting atop their list of pressing concerns for the salvation of souls and preventing anyone from being eternally damned for willfully engaging in mortal sin and embracing it for their lives as an actual "good" — immigration.
Yep, haven't you heard? This is the single issue around which revolves the entire question of your eternal fate.
Of course, it didn't become that until Donald Trump became president, much to the chagrin of most of the U.S. bishops who stay silent on abortion and all things gay (raising the legitimate question of course about their own homosexuality).
Yep, what the Democrat-loving bleeding heart bishops think is more important than life and death issues is immigration. Could it have anything to do with the fact that their governance has resulted in the walking away from the Church of tens of millions of Catholics and the paying out of going on $4 billion for their gay priest buddies raping altar boys?
At what point do these men have to accept responsibility for their miserable destructive actions? When Fr. Pablo Straub — a saint of man, God rest his soul — was visiting with us one day at my house in the evening, I asked him why were things so screwy in the Church.
He said to me, with clenched fist in the air and veins popping from his neck, "It's those bishops!" His intensity knocked me back for a moment, but it turns out he was right. He was right then and he was right now.
To think that, with a moral meltdown going on in the Church, with so many priests and bishops embracing and advancing the evil of homosexual relations, that somewhere on their agenda would be to address things that actually cause people to go to Hell when they die.
But, oh yeah, Bishop Barron is prowling around there keeping front and center that no one really goes to Hell — as an aside, he better hope he's right. Since no one really goes to Hell anymore — quick, someone dash a memo off to the Mother of God as well as Her Son for that fact and correct them, since no one is really ever damned — then we are now free to build the city of God here on earth.
And of course, since we don't want to ever offend anyone — except faithful Catholics — we need make no reference at all to supernatural realities when talking about earthly Heaven. It's all about Heaven on earth and a gay-loving, no borders, globalist, ecumenical church financed by your tax dollars being used to bring it all into reality. These men are drunk and blind — drunk on their own arrogance and blind to the rain of destruction they have brought down on the heads of Catholic families for generations now.
So concerned are they with their earthly kingdom that a discussion actually broke out about — get this — using canon law against Catholic politicians who support Trump's immigration policies. And for the record, Your Excellencies, they aren't Trump policies. They are Obama's policies that Trump is enforcing — as he is bound to do, according to the Constitution.
But consider that for a moment. Some of these men would actually entertain the notion of using canon law against Catholic lawmakers over the issue of immigration while at the same time never having implemented canon law against other Catholic lawmakers who commit sacrilege by receiving Holy Communion while voting for killing pre-born children.
Drunk and blind. How much worse could it get?

So we haven't mentioned this directly in a while, but the truth is a hard thing to keep suppressed. Bishop Robert Barron's spiritually destructive position that we have a reasonable hope that all men are saved must continually be examined in light of new information.
So, let's look at some new information, shall we? A record percentage of Americans now believe that gay and lesbian relations, pornography and polygamy are morally acceptable. This according to the Gallup Polling Agency in its annual "Values and Beliefs" survey released last week, which began in 2001 and surveys Americans' attitudes on a host of issues.
A record high 67 percent of American adults believe that gay and lesbian relations are morally acceptable, up from last year's high of 63 percent. Other record-setting attitudes were also revealed.
Seventy-six percent now hold divorce is morally acceptable. Up from 73 percent last year.
Forty-three percent say pornography is morally acceptable. Up from 36 percent last year.
Nineteen percent say polygamy is morally acceptable. Up from 17 percent last year.
On the pornography front specifically, 67 percent of men aged 18 to 49 this year say pornography is morally acceptable, a 14-point increase from last year. The abortion question remains essentially neutral and unchanged, as it has for decades. Forty-eight percent opposed. Forty-three percent supportive.
So, let's go back now to Bp. Barron's anti-Catholic, deeply held, promoted and constantly preached inanity that we have a reasonable hope that all men are saved. Really? All men? Seriously? So the two-thirds of men in the U.S. under 50 who routinely participate in pornography and masturbation — because that's the point of pornography — there is a reasonable hope that they are saved?
Based on what exactly, Bishop? Some stupid theological theory which relies on a third and fourth-century heresy and brought back to life again by a Protestant theologian? See, clerics and prelates like Bp. Barron — and there are many others like him who are happy to believe this idiocy and whistle past the graveyard — they like to make their preaching and presentations sound all "reasonable" and easy to digest and non-confrontational. In short, popular.
But they are lying to you when they use this approach. They don't care about you or the truth. They care about their own popularity. So they dress up the Faith as reasonable sounding because they don't want to offend anyone. And they promote themselves and their anti-tradition phony Catholicism, no matter how warm and friendly it might sound in other areas.
It only takes one drop of poison to kill, even if it is in a glass of nice warm milk. So let's get down to brass tacks here, shall we? Bishop Barron believes there is a reasonable hope all men are saved.
Apparently, that applies to the three-fourths of the U.S. population that believes cheating on your spouse, divorcing them and abandoning your vows — not to mention your children — just for the sake of sexual satisfaction with someone other than your spouse.
That's what the Gallup poll reveals. Three out of every four Americans is fine with divorce and remarriage. Reasonable hope? Seriously? Reasonable hope that those who leave their spouse and shack up with another are going to be admitted into the Beatific Vision?
How about the gay sex lovers? Two out of three are down with sodomy, so I guess no need to worry about them either, huh Bishop? After all, we have your reasonable hope. Your reasonable hope that in the end denies the justice of God and the free will of man. Heck, you might as well break your vows while the rest of the country is at it. They support you in it, and you'll go to Heaven anyway because we have a reasonable hope all men are saved.
For that matter, why even become Catholic or stay Catholic? Everyone goes to Heaven, so what the Hell, there is no real Hell with humans in it, right Bishop? Just some theoretical possibility.
To that point, Judas Iscariot is in Hell. Bishop Barron is fond of using the throwaway line that the Church has never declared anyone is in Hell. First, Our Blessed Lord did. He also said other human beings would be damned.
But in the case of Judas, it is wrong and deceptive to pretend the Church has never said he's not burning Hell. Here is what the Council of Trent Catechism says of Judas, in two separate instances:
"Such certainly was the condition of Judas, who, repenting, hanged himself, and thus lost soul and body."
And of bad and misleading priests and bishops, "but also end in this, that they derive no other fruit from their priesthood than was derived by Judas from the Apostleship, which only brought him everlasting destruction."
That doesn't sound like we have a reasonable hope that all men are saved. It also sounds like a good number of the ordained will end up damned for spreading error and false teaching and confusion. Hint, hint.
And in the Liturgy for Holy Thursday from the Old Rite, the prayer during Mass reads: "O God, from whom Judas receive the punishment of his guilt, and the thief received the reward of his confession, grant us the effect of your clemency."
So much for all men being saved. This idiocy about no one being damned is fuel for the homoheresy in the Church. And, while Bishop Barron has not — to our knowledge — come out and publicly supported it directly, by giving the impression in people's minds that everyone is saved and no one goes to Hell, he provides a powerful underpinning for the arguments of the homo-heretics.
In fact, why hasn't Bp. Barron come out and publicly condemned the false teachings and lies of Fr. Martin and his wicked cabal. Is he afraid he will lose some valuable personal capital?
Is he aware that the moment he would speak in condemning terms of the homoheresy dominating the Church right now, people would correctly throw back in his face his own spiritual poison that we have a reasonable hope that all men are saved, so why does it matter if these men are sodomizing each other, Bishop?
Yeah, got to keep current on all this.
Bishop Barron is wrong and deceiving millions with this reasonable hope garbage. And he's fueling the homoheresy — perhaps intentionally, perhaps not. But he's doing it nonetheless.
All you priests and bishops with zippers over your mouths, dwell on that line from the Council of Trent about how meaningless and fruitless your priesthoods will be when you are burning in the fires of Hell.

A heads up before we begin: Parents may want to view this episode before allowing their children, owing to the topic. Tonight at 7 p.m. ET is our live-streaming webinar we are calling "Catholic and Gay?"
We are holding this webinar specifically to debunk all the homoheresy propaganda being peddled by the likes of Fr. James Martin and the whole clerical, pro-gay crowd in the Church. If you look at any studies — usually done for political research, but still helpful for understanding conditions in the Church — you will find that the vast majority of Catholics in the U.S. and throughout the West are extremely supportive of gay sex.
And we are going to be direct about this topic because it is precisely through being indirect that the homoheresy gang has been able to make such inroads and corrupt the minds and souls of so many Catholics. Martin and company, for example, are always presenting the case that this is about love and equality and so forth, thus pushing the propaganda themes of the political Left.
The Church does not, and has never, had any problem with love and deep friendship between members of the same sex. The Church event names some of those friendships in the first eucharistic prayer of the Mass. What the Church does have a problem with is using the virtue of friendship as a pretext for hopping into bed with each other and committing unnatural sexual acts and then labeling those mortal sins "love."
People do not have to reach sexual satisfaction, repeatedly, with each other to express their love and friendship. But that is what the entire movement is about: sexual satisfaction. It is not about love and abiding friendship. Whenever you see that flag with the co-opted rainbow, think to yourself: that means those people are telling me they sodomize each other.
Because that's what it means and that's all it means. People don't fly flags to say they love each other. They fly flags to express their support for a cause. And the cause here is to have illicit immoral sex protected by law and shoved down the throats of anyone who disagrees with it — especially those who disagree on moral grounds.
Church Militant doesn't hate gays. The Catholic Church doesn't hate gays. We are concerned for their immortal souls — their eternal lives — and because of that, we speak up — something bishops and priests should be doing daily but don't. As we've covered many times before, one reason they keep silent is certainly because many of them, including bishops, are homosexual themselves. Today's leading bishops were in seminary and in formation — which was really quite often malformation — at a time when homosexual men ran the roost in seminaries and screened out good, orthodox men and loaded up the classes with gay men.
A number of these gay men, too many, went on to rape altar boys, while their gay-sympathizing bishops concocted an elaborate cover-up scheme, which has now cost the Church going on four billion dollars, a loss of her moral authority and made her essentially irrelevant.
We bring this up again to point out the extreme danger that this homoheresy poses for the Church. There are simply too many homosexual men with too much influence in the Church. It's one reason perhaps that Pope Francis came out and said they shouldn't be in seminary, repeating what the Church has taught forever.
Martin and the rest of the gay, sex-loving-and-promoting gang of clerics want to use the Church to normalize gay sex — period. And they are corrupting and debasing the Church's teaching and presenting distorted versions of it to club faithful Catholics over the head and demonize them and accuse them of having mental disorders in order to silence them.
Gay men do not belong in the priesthood — period. This is a perennial practice of the Church. It's just that loads of gay men who slipped past have now achieved influential positions and ignore the Church's practice of refusing admittance of homosexual men to seminary.
When the Church repeated this caution for the umpteenth time back in 2005, New York Cdl. Timothy Dolan, who was just a bishop at the time, said publicly that he wasn't going to follow the directive because he decided it didn't apply to all gay men. Small surprise that 10 years later he was the main promoter of gays in the St. Patrick's Day Parade and allows the homomafia to run his archdiocese, while he's paying out tens of millions of dollars for gay priests who sodomized hundreds of altar boys.
But his sad story is repeated time and time again, all over the country, all over the West, because of the predominance of homosexual men in the clergy — the same men who are either silent or expressly out in front supporting the homoheresy — the homoheresy that Church Militant is going to dismantle point by point tonight at 7 p.m. ET.
Please tell your friends about it through every means you have available and tune in tonight. Just come to ChurchMilitant.com, and it will be right here on our front page.
This has to stop, and these evil men and their wicked perversions of the Faith must be called out.

One of the most successful tactics the cultural Left and theological modernists have employed is the corruption of language — the use of certain words which have one meaning, but then using those same words to introduce a whole new meaning into the conversation. Especially the conversation over sexual morality.
Think for example of the word "gay." For centuries, the word meant happy, fun, almost frivolous and care-free. Then the homosexualist crowd came along and stole the word, corrupted its original meaning and applied it to them. Evil is not original, all it has is the power to corrupt, never create.
The same is, of course, true of the rainbow, an Old Testament sign of the covenant between God and man that God would never again destroy the earth through flooding. As an aside, at this rate, He'll be destroying it through something else, just not flooding.
Now enter from stage left, the spokesman for all things gay in the Church, Fr. James Martin, S.J. who makes liberal use of the word "homophobia." He absolutely did not invent the word. It's been around since the late 1980s into the early 1990s, but he knows a useful tool when he sees one.
Let's break this down shall we, because there is no such thing as homophobia. Let's start with a phobia. What is it? How does something get to be designated a phobia? The definition of a phobia is a type of anxiety disorder defined by a persistent and excessive fear of an object or situation. The designation is made by observing a rapid onset of fear and is present for more than six months.
According to American Psychiatric Association's 2013 edition of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the affected person will go to great lengths to avoid the situation or object, to a degree greater than the actual danger posed.
So now, back to Fr. Martin's extremely dishonest application of the term phobia — a mental disorder — to people who have a moral objection to men having sex with men. Father Martin is either stupid or a liar. He is capitalizing on the socially misunderstood understanding of the term phobia and using that to demonize any Catholic who defends the Church's teaching by insinuating that if they are opposed to gay sex, to sodomy, then they suffer from a mental disorder, they have a phobia, a fear of gay people, a homophobia.
What a liar.
Does anyone know any person who has an inordinate fear, a crippling distress-causing fear where they have to run out of the room at breakneck speed if they know a homosexual has come into the room? Yet this is exactly the picture Martin wants to paint of anyone who objects to his "gayification" of the Church. He demonizes and sidelines any person who objects to the immorality and disorder of gay sex and says they do not have to be listened to because they suffer from a mental disorder.
A disorder, by the way, that even the American Psychiatric Association has not defined. People have phobias — fears. Fear of spiders, enclosed places, drowning, etc. And all these phobias are characterized by great distress of being physically threatened and unsafe.
There is no such thing as homophobia. Nobody walks around terrified about being in the presence of someone who is attracted to their same sex. And it's the height of being uncharitable to paint someone who has a moral issue with a sinful behavior as though he or she has an emotional disorder.
Yet the designation sticks because people like Martin hurl the accusation around like its an accepted fact. Are there some people who hate gay? Sure. And those people are wrong. You are not allowed to claim to be a follower of Our Blessed Lord and at the same time hate someone. But, you are allowed — no, actually required — to hate sin. We even say in the Act of Contrition to God — and I detest all my sins.
Martin is falling back on a tried and true method of the Left — be it political or theological Left. That tactic is to ignore logic and facts and go straight for the emotions and labeling people, the very thing he claims people do with gays, he himself is an expert at. Martin and his crowd are using this tactic to great effect, and it must be explored and dealt with in some depth to counter it.
That's why Church Militant is announcing a live-streaming webinar tomorrow night right here on our website that we are calling "Catholic and Gay?"
The modernists in the Church have been allowed for too long to get away with twisting language, being unclear and imprecise on purpose. They are deliberately capitalizing on people's ignorance so they can trick them by confusing them. And the perhaps even more troubling part is that virtually no members of the hierarchy are even attempting to clear all this up.
Yes, there are a few, here and there, but a few is nowhere near sufficient. The bishops are not doing their job and souls are being damned because of it. And yes, Bishop Barron, souls do go to Hell, regardless of what your modernist clap-trap good guy preaching style tries to portray.
Bishops are not doing their jobs, so the laity have to in regard to stating what Church teaching is. Sodomy is evil. Those who practice it are in an objective state of mortal sin and their eternal lives are in serious jeopardy.
Make sure you tell all your friends and family to tune in tomorrow night at 7 p.m. ET to Church Militant when we deconstruct, point by point, this phony baloney evil argument of Fr. Martin and the silence that too many bishops afford him as they prattle on and on about climate change.
Lots of Catholics have various family members and friends who have been well-schooled in the doublespeak and attack vocabulary of the homosexualist crowd and don't really know what to say in response. Come to Church Militant tomorrow night at 7 p.m. ET and find out why the homoheresy is wrong and what to say in response.
Tell everyone you know to tune in.
