Church of the Heartland Podcast

In our exploration of Matthew 7, we're challenged to examine the authenticity of our faith. Are we merely nominal Christians, or are we truly known by God? Jesus warns us about the narrow gate and the importance of not just hearing His words, but putting them into practice. This passage reminds us that our actions, not just our words, reveal the true nature of our relationship with God. We're called to build our lives on the solid rock of Christ's teachings, not the shifting sands of cultural trends or personal preferences. As we reflect on this, let's ask ourselves: Are we truly pursuing intimacy with Christ, or are we content with a surface-level faith? Our challenge is to return to the foundations of Christianity, diving deep into God's Word and allowing it to transform us from the inside out.
