On a visit to New Orleans, Rev. Love noticed a fuzzy plant covering tree trunks. The tenacious little plant is called a resurrection fern. They are almost un-noticeable on the trees, but after a healthy rain, they are undeniable in their bright green glory. Rev. Love will explore how we might have similar qualities to these tiny miracles. Rev. Love is a Unitarian Universalist who feels her calling is to work towards love and justice. She was recently ordained by the Tupelo congregation in a cathedral of trees at Court Square.

Involved with creating Constance Abbey, today Adam Nelson cultivates equity in Memphis neighborhoods at the Center for Transforming Communities. He also searches for ways that people of faith can reclaim our call to bring forth justice.
