When we alienate ourselves from God we can know that if we are humble enough to return, God will embrace us. God’s kindness is for all, not just the ones who have done all the right things.

No one is better than another in God’s eyes because all of us have done wrong at some point. For that reason, Jesus followers should engage with those far from God and refuse to believe they are better than anyone.

There are things others do and say that can cause us to give up on them. The good news for us all is God never gives up.

Life keeps moving even when we want to stay still. If we listen to Jesus, what is ahead far surpasses what we can see now.

God hasn't just called you to do this following Jesus thing on your own. No, God has called you to look after others who follow Jesus in a local body of believers and use your gifts to make sure they are growing in their faith.

Getting involved and helping in your community does not require a carefully defined strategy. All that is needed is to show up and use the means God has given you to do something of value for those around you.
