God begins the great salvation story with a call to a man named Abram. He is calling Abram to a place where a nation will be born and the gift of salvation is given. As we hear this call to Abram we realize he calls us by name, where we are to be blessed by Him with salvation and eternal life. We are blessed by God with a gift only He can give, eternity with Him! #HillChurchMcminnville

We want to be people who know and live Gods Word/Truth because Gods Word/Truth sets us free from living the lies of the evil one. When we know and live Gods Word/Truth then -- as the apostle Paul says in Eph. 4:14-15 -- 14 Then we will no longer be immature like children. We wont be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching.... 15 Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. #HillChurchMcminville

Genesis 11:1-9

As sin ran rampant on the earth, God made the choice to purify His creation. While the whole world had become evil, God found favor in Noah. Noah was faithful to God in his day to day life and so God chose to use Noah and his family as a remnant to restart His original intent for creation. God is always looking for someone who is faithful that He can use to usher in restoration and redemption to this world. We, too, need to live as people who are faithful, blameless, and righteous so that God can use us to usher in His kingdom here on earth #HillChurchMcminville

Genesis 6:5-9:17

Reconcile and Live! Oh, God, I have a confession to make. I have harbored bitterness in my heart. I have resented certain people and have not forgiven them in my heart. I need your help to forgive them, as you have forgiven me. I forgive them now. And, God, I just dont want forgiveness, I want reconciliation of this particular relationship. I recognize that you created every person in your image that you have a great purpose for each of us. I ask you to help me see this person as you see them. Help me to love them with the unconditional love of Jesus. Forgive me for the times that I have not valued them. Please restore this relationship in the only way you can amen. #HillChurchMcminnville
