JOHN 17 / Much has happened over the last few years, but the real action is about to begin as Jesus is betrayed, arrested, and crucified. However, right now He says, “Be still, quiet your hearts, and let us pray.”

JOHN 17 / Jesus’ mind is focused and crystal clear in the last 48 hours of his life. What is of utmost importance to Him will now come to the surface and you will hear no regrets. What is your life’s mission statement?

JOHN 16 / Where does joy come from and what makes it grow? Jesus makes it plain that our joy comes when we behold the resurrected Savior. This is the nature of the gospel.

JOHN 15 / We need to abide by rooting ourselves in Jesus' Word, trusting in His faithfulness, and resting in the fullness of His love. The result of not abiding is striving, and the promise of abiding is joy.

JOHN 14 / Who can we trust? The disciples are about to face the wrath of the world for Christ's name sake, but Jesus promises He will go on ahead to prepare a place for them... the promise of home.

JOHN 13 / As we look around at the power struggles and temptations of our day, Jesus has not left us without a clear model to follow. So what forms the philosophy of my life? Does it reflect the heart of a servant? Or that of a rugged individualist?

JOHN 11 / In this miracle, Jesus makes the clearest statement He could possibly make in declaring His divinity and power over all things - even death itself. We get a glimpse of what we can become by believing in His name.

JOHN 10 / The idea of a good shepherd carrying his sheep is a wonderful image to a young child afraid of the dark, or the dying saint facing eternity. But what about all the life in between? Jesus ignores the self-sufficient and offers to be the good shepherd for every aspect of life.

JOHN 9 / Many would say pain is what makes our world so dark, but is that totally accurate? In this chapter, Jesus rolls up his sleeves and goes to work healing a blind man. What might God do through a community that loved and ministered the light itself?

The call is to go from consuming to strategically giving. Are we planting for the harvest that God has called us to? Or are we wasting the gifts God has given us?
