Why do the Christian beliefs seem so confining? Don't all religions have some truth to them? Aren't we free to do and be what we were created for?

Asking this question on the street will bring a variety of answers, but do any of them hit the mark or point to what we were actually designed to be?

If God is both loving and powerful, then what about all the suffering, injustice, and evil on the earth? Is suffering pointless? Is evil beyond his control? Where is God in all of this and more importantly, does he care?

Where we have come from defines our existence. Our ethnicity, our hometown and our family of origin shape our identity. But if we are truly the offspring of God, then that changes everything.

We live in a pluralistic world where everybody is said to have a right to their opinion, but can they all be right? Today we look at the question that is foundational to answering all of the rest.

Whenever two people come together there is bound to be different ways of seeing things. Our family backgrounds, our experiences, our tastes and our circumstances all play into those inevitable clashes we call conflict. But does conflict have to be destructive or can it actually help deepen our relationships?

Sex is a big deal. It's a big deal with God and its big deal in our culture. The word of God is not afraid to address the issue and explain why it is so wonderful when experienced within God's boundaries and why it is so destructive when used for our own selfish ends.

God wants to give us vision of living a biblical, fulfilled life whether single or married. There is great value and purpose in both but ultimately this is not our final destination. We are created for his glory and for eternity. Everything else is temporary.
