What does scripture teach about the role of the pastor? How does God anoint the pastor and what does He expect from the pastor? What does the word teach about the congregations relationship with the pastor and the authority of the office?

Love, so powerful, so necessary, so misundestood, ...Today we discuss biblical love, how's it's expressed to each other, to God and by God. Most importantly, that it needs to be expressed to matter.

What a blessing to have Pastor Jim and Dena Wiegand visit Church on the Street. Pastor Jim brings a message from heaven for COTS about finding our purpose in God's kingdom. Listen and enjoy.

During worship this Sunday, the Lord asked me (Pat) to again share the message of the superior gift, that being the kingdom o heaven. I had planned to speak from the book of Romans and did a bit at the end about the Romans road to salvation. We'll pick that up next week (God willing). Please be moved by this message to humble yourselves in prayer that God might bring the great gift of the kingdom to our land (our families, our communities, our country, and this world). Blessings.
