The ministry of the New Covenant far exceeds the old one in every regard. The old one involved your blood, sweat, and tears – and even then, you were sure to fall short of your goal of perfection. The New Covenant, however, sees the works of righteousness as fully completed because of Jesus, and hands you the reward of life, without you ever lifting a finger. Now this is a God who is worthy of our worship!
