Then he asks: Have you ever witnessed a miracle? Jesse recounts witnessing a miracle in conversation with a tattooed man at the gym, suffering persistent anger toward his father after an unfortunate breakup. You must forgive. You must unlearn what you think you know. In darkness, you work to make your life worse. Have you been born of the Spirit? Jesse quotes Jesus in John 3: 3-8 —

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Church with Jesse Lee Peterson, Sunday, March 20, 2022: A couple of men talk about drama in their lives, one guilt-ridden after his brother's funeral. After welcoming first-timers, Jesse shares a lesson from the emotional Christian movie "God's Not Dead": In relationships, you see what you want to see. You have an agenda. You've never had a problem; all is well, but you live in the darkness of your imagination. Satan makes excuses for you not to pray. Do you have fear? Live in the present. Christ never asked another man for spiritual help.

Biblical Question: Is there any good in human nature? No! Men should not look for love from women. How do you overcome the old nature? Be born again; stop protecting the ego.

BOND Archive Sunday Service, May 5, 2013: Jesse opens by inviting people to talk about their lives. A woman saw the ugliness within herself. Jesse warns people against even listening to gossip about others. If you have an issue with a person, go to the person. Before halfway through the meeting, we talk about Jesse's Second Emancipation Proclamation, Freeing White People of Fear of speaking the truth about race issues. Some of the blacks don't understand the purpose or need. But the government is dividing the people so that we cannot stand united against evil.

Anyone with anger has fear. Are you all-in? Lose your "crappy life" to save it. What do men and women want from each other?

Church with Jesse Lee Peterson, Sunday, March 13, 2022: Long service! After talking with first-timers, we briefly talk about the Ukraine hype, and then get into Church. Anyone with anger has fear. But some who tell others to take off their mask are no different from those who tell others to put one on.

Are you all-in? What does it mean to be all-in? Do you trust the Spirit of God all the way? Many people listen to the thoughts; the imagination is evil. Let things happen; don't protect the ego. Jesus said: Let go of this crappy life. You must die — the not-you, the ego. Stay with prayer.

Biblical Question: What do men and women want from each other? Ladies give answers on what they want from men. Jesse says women are looking for a father's love. At the end, he says men are looking for obedience. Chris reads the "If" poem by Rudyard Kipling, which Jesse says describes the New Testament. (Happy birthday, Chris!)

What does it mean to keep your light burning? Some say Jesse bashes blacks too much. Identify with the spiritual, and not the physical.

BOND Archive Sunday Service, April 28, 2013: Jesse Lee Peterson invites people to respond to his Biblical Question. Luke 12: 34-40 states in part: "Keep your loins girded and your lamp burning." What does this mean? Know yourself, and know what you don't know. Some people feel bothered at Jesse for his focus on black people because they identify with the whole group. We talk at-length with some in-church who feel Jesse's "bashing" the blacks! Live in the light of God, in the present, and He will guide you.

In Luke 12: 35-40, Jesus said:

35 'See that you have your belts done up and your lamps lit. 36 Be like people waiting for their master to return from the wedding feast, ready to open the door as soon as he comes and knocks. 37 Blessed those servants whom the master finds awake when he comes. In truth I tell you, he will do up his belt, sit them down at table and wait on them. 38 It may be in the second watch that he comes, or in the third, but blessed are those servants if he finds them ready. 39 You may be quite sure of this, that if the householder had known at what time the burglar would come, he would not have let anyone break through the wall of his house. 40 You too must stand ready, because the Son of man is coming at an hour you do not expect.'

After the Boston Marathon bombing, we talk about the decline of society. 2 Cor 4: 7-18 — Do you have fear? Are you ever distressed?

BOND Archive Sunday Service, April 21, 2013: After the Boston Marathon bombing, the people talk about the dishonest media coverage and editorializing, as well as the reality of life in America today. Society and life in America has changed. The young people are brainwashed due to lack of families and fathers to protect them. Many people have fear, including even Christians who experience distress and despair, because of lack of faith — not seeing spiritually. We read the Biblical passage from 2 Corinthians 4: 7-18 and react to it.

2 Corinthians 4 (New Jerusalem Bible)
Verses: 7 But we hold this treasure in pots of earthenware, so that the immensity of the power is God's and not our own.

8 We are subjected to every kind of hardship, but never distressed; we see no way out but we never despair; 9 we are pursued but never cut off; knocked down, but still have some life in us; 10 always we carry with us in our body the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus, too, may be visible in our body.

11 Indeed, while we are still alive, we are continually being handed over to death, for the sake of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus, too, may be visible in our mortal flesh. 12 In us, then, death is at work; in you, life.

13 But as we have the same spirit of faith as is described in scripture -- I believed and therefore I spoke -we, too, believe and therefore we, too, speak, 14 realising that he who raised up the Lord Jesus will raise us up with Jesus in our turn, and bring us to himself -- and you as well.

15 You see, everything is for your benefit, so that as grace spreads, so, to the glory of God, thanksgiving may also overflow among more and more people.

16 That is why we do not waver; indeed, though this outer human nature of ours may be falling into decay, at the same time our inner human nature is renewed day by day.

17 The temporary, light burden of our hardships is earning us for ever an utterly incomparable, eternal weight of glory, 18 since what we aim for is not visible but invisible. Visible things are transitory, but invisible things eternal.

Christians complain about the world, but do nothing to be a light in the world. We read Bible passages and discuss the spiritual battle.

They discuss his Second Emancipation Proclamation: Freeing white Americans from fear to tell the truth to black people that "racism" is not their problem. People often "hook their wagons" to a "leader" to gain a sense of identity. Dr. Ben Carson told Jesse stories including when he realized he had uncontrollable rage, and needed God's help. Jesse also reads a letter from an angry "child of Satan"; such hate-filled people "know not what they do." Keep your eyes on yourself. In talking with the people, the question arises: Does faith come and go? Faith is there; doubt the lie.
