The Trinity is one God existing as three distinct or unique persons. The Bible gives the same characteristics to the Father, Son, and Spirit. There is only one God, the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Spirit is God. 

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity who is God unseen, yet actively at work in His children, in His Church, in the world, and in all places at all times. The Holy Spirit helps us to be all we were created to be. Always say yes to the Holy Spirit.

Jesus was an actual person who lived in the Middle East more than 2,000 years ago. That is a historical fact. It is documented by diverse historical sources from that time. While that is known truth, there is one controversial question that remains. Every person must consider and answer that question for themselves. It is the single most important question posed to man, and how we answer holds within it eternal consequences. The starting point of the Christian faith is a question. Who is Jesus?

 

The existence of God is apparent in His creation. He is the supernatural cause of everything that exists. The complexity and intricate design of the entire universe points directly to Him. Mankind's innate sense of right and wrong has the stamp of God's personhood within it. God's natural and moral characteristics can be understood and known. In fact, our understanding of God is the most important thing about us.

It is worthy of our trust, and is necessary for faith and a growing relationship with God. The bible can be trusted as the final authority on which to base your life. Who wrote the bible, how it came into being as a book, and the amazing significance of this most important and relevant collection of writings is somewhat of a mystery to many people. One thing is sure, a book of such historical and universal significance is worthy of our attention.
