On this Easter Sunday, we’ll tell the age old story of new life entering into impossible places. So often, and understandably, Easter is synonymous with spring and further meaning gets lost in the bunnies and candy grass. This Sunday, we’ll wonder what the story means when we don’t equate it with springtime. New life and new possibilities, after all, are not limited by season.
CORRECTION: The Ukrainian Orthodox Church celebrates Orthodox Easter, which is Sunday, April 24th. This is a week after we celebrate Easter.
