In January of 2025, Intern John lost his dog, Chuy. He did the "Chuy Forever" weekend of comedy to raise money for the Warrior Canine Connection, a group that raises service dogs for military vets. On September 25, "Chuy Forever: The Album" will be released with proceeds benefitting Warrior Canine Connection.
