Since late January we have been compiling and analyzing the data for COVID-19 in an attempt to better understand what is taking place globally, as well as building a data set that we can use to explore the concept of exponential growth as well as create some introductory examples for statistics. That being said, in my opinion, the data now available for COVID-19 is problematic, and since I don’t think it would be prudent for us to explore the power of mathematics in real life with problematic data, we will change our focus for this stream and have an open discussion regarding the theories surrounding COVID-19, as well as was what we can expect the world to look like post-COVID-pandemic. Let’s explore the possibilities together.
