Bonjour à tous, Bienvenue dans le CifepodKast, le podcast du Congrès International Francophone des Etudiants et Etudiantes en Kinésithérapie et Physiothérapie.
Nous sommes Eléonore et Tiffany, respectivement Présidente du Comité Scientifique et Responsable du pole MSK.
Dans ce podcast, nous allons revenir sur l’édition 2024 de ce congrès qui a lieu tous les 2 ans, il réunit environ 1000 personnes venus de toute la francophonie pour parler des dernières actualités de la kinésithérapie dans les différents champs de notre métier.
Aujourd’hui, nous revenons sur le Groupe de Travail en Musculosquelettique autour de la Sédentarité et l’Activité Physique qui s'est construit lors du CIFEPK 2024.
L'objectif de ce podcast est de définir l’ensemble des éléments que nous souhaitons mettre en avant comme la sédentarité, fournir des éléments plus scientifiques qui permettront d’aiguiller les patients et leur montrer l’importance de l’activité physique, mais également de discuter des conseils à donner à nos patients.
Pour ce podcast, Gauthier Rauline et Anh Phong Nguyen sont avec nous ! Un grand merci à eux pour leur intérêt pour le congrès !

Thérapies alternatives, dérives thérapeutiques, dérives sectaires,... Ces termes vous paraissent peut être flous . Pourtant, ces derniers cachent une réalité encore bien présente dans la profession de masseur-kinésithérapeute. Bien heureusement, dans ce nouvel épisode des CIFEPodKasts, Anthony, co-responsable du pôle Esprit Critique et Recherche a eu l’honneur de s’entretenir avec Jean-François Dumas, secrétaire général de Conseil National de l'Ordre des Masseurs Kinésithérapeutes, pour y voir plus clair !

Dans ce nouvel épisode nous parlons de kinésithérapie pédiatrique. Camille GRANIER co responsable du pôle pédiatrie au CIFEPK a eu la chance de participer à cette discussion riche en enseignements aux côtés de Stéphane Flori kinésithérapeute depuis 1998 en libéral et pratiquant la kinésithérapie pédiatrique. Il ne s’agit pas ici de vous donner une recette toute faite pour débuter votre exercice mais surtout des conseils d’un kinésithérapeute expérimenté pour vous faciliter les choses et vous lancer sans crainte. Dans ce nouveau CIFEPodKast, nous recevons Guillaume Fossat, kinésithérapeute clinicien chercheur au Centre Hospitalier Régional d’Orléans et Bertrand Selleron, kinésithérapeute libéral dont la pratique est orientée exclusivement vers la prise en charge des maladies respiratoires. Ils vous exposeront leur vision de la kinésithérapie respiratoire telle qu’elle a été ces dernières années, ce qu’elle est aujourd’hui et ce qu’elle sera (peut-être) demain. Ils reviendront notamment sur leur parcours et les influences qu’ils ont pu avoir. Vous verrez que leur vision est parfois éloignée de ce qu’on peut imaginer. Leur message : la kinésithérapie respiratoire n’est pas une affaire de spécialiste !

Dans ce nouvel épisode du CIFEPodKast, nous nous intéressons à un champ clinique souvent délaissé mais très important en raison de la demande croissante en soins de kinésithérapie : la gériatrie. En effet, la rééducation gériatrique souffre de certaines idées reçues tenaces qui peuvent freiner la prise en charge des patients âgés. La vision commune d’une séance de kinésithérapie avec des personnes âgées est souvent réduite à du travail de l’équilibre contenant toujours les mêmes exercices et à de la marchothérapie dans un but d’entretien et sans espérer de progression sur le plan physique ce qui peut être source de frustration. Sommes-nous vraiment contraints à suivre toujours le même programme d’exercice à chaque séance ? Eva nous démontre qu’il est possible de faire preuve de créativité avec l’aide de certains outils notamment des ajustements posturaux anticipatoires et donc apporter de la richesse à la prise en charge. La démarche du raisonnement clinique ne diffère pas des patients âgés de moins de 65 ans. Elle est bien présente avec la réalisation d’un bilan qui met en évidence les déficits et les objectifs définis avec le patient à partir duquel un programme de rééducation est construit. Ainsi les possibilités d’exercices sont larges même avec des patients âgés pour rendre les séances ludiques et stimulantes qui auront du sens à la fois pour le patient et le thérapeute.
