Dr. Anastasia Psomiadi, founder and leader of the global social initiative “Sisters of the Leaf Global Movement”, envisions a world in which people have the strength to break the stereotypes.
Her life’s motto is: “Blissful people are the unchained ones and, to be unchained, should be brave”.
- Thucydides, Pericles' Funeral Oration
When she has an idea, Anastasia turns it from dream to strategy.
On one axis we have us, how we behave, the choices we make and how we decide to live our lives. We are stronger than stereotypes.
On the other axis there are governments. By feeling our power and raising our voice, we can influence governments in the change. Injustice towards women are technical problems: we don't have the same rights as men. "I believe in the power of good". Men and women who adopt a stereotyped behavior "are not really free inside. They are free to change."
