Carlos De Aldecoa is the CEO of Gulf Coast Distillers. Carlos's family owns the Spanish based De Aldecoa coffee company and supplies ~30% of all the coffee in the United States. Gulf Coast has a capacity of roughly 7,000 53 gallon barrels per month making it the largest distillery west of the Mississippi. The recently created 'Nina' coffee roast sends 100% of the revenue (Not Profit) to the Down Syndrome Foundation!
