Marissa Meyer's Cinder is near and dear to our hearts because it is one of the first books we bonded over as we talked about it coming to life on a big screen. This sci fi fairy tale features a cyborg who is being wooed by a swoon inducing prince all while a mysterious virus is killing people AND a race of people from the moon with mind control powers is trying to take over Earth. It sounds crazy and cheesy, but it’s so addicting and totally screen-worthy.
