Have you lost focus of your "why"?  You are not alone.  Everyone loses focus at one time or another.  It's time to re-focus and get your mindset back on track.  It's your journey.  You own it.

When you have the right tools and you are being taught the right things and the right way, even if you faulted or get off track, don't worry you will be back!  Creating a mindset, a lifestyle, a neurological pathway, will bring you back and you will continue to go in the direction that you want to go.  This was me.  

What giants are you facing today?  Challenges are the things that bring growth in our life.  When we face a situation we know how strong we are by how we respond to it.  This message is one I don't mind repeating.  Get up, brush off, and keep moving forward one step at a time.  Thanks for joining me.

Every feel like your hard work is not paying off like you had believed it would?  Not everything we do will have results or uninterrupted results.  It happens too many, many people.  Don't ever give up.  Continue moving forward.  One step, one rep, one day at a time.

Age DOES NOT define our health!  Age is only a number and nothing more.  No matter if you are young or mature - age is not what tells our body it is either healthy or unhealthy - it's our lifestyle that does that!  What is your lifestyle telling you today?
