A talk about what is real. I go into tools empaths can use to keep from taking on excess drama and negative energy. I do a deep breathing practise to use in meditation to help release negative energy. I also sugest the best way to maintain your power and light when their are challenging times

A deep meditation and talk about Awakening to the highest consciousness within us. As we go deeper within we also expand our awareness of the light and love within the universe. We can experience and see further til we reach the infinite.. each breath is a blessing
