Cindy Paulos Show

I talk with Father Carel-Piet van Eeden who write the music for In the Hands of God

We talk about the Song THE ANGEL OF THE PRESENCE

angel of the presence

be with us I do pray

let your wings enfold us

embrace our souls today

the world seems lost in the shadows

we need your help to guide us

with the light of spirit

that heaven does convey

when the heart is weary

when the burdens grow

the angels bring such mercy

with blessings of a sacred rose

these times have changed our lives

we need more faith each day

With Gods presence there inside

 guides us on our way

Heavenly angels surround us

We are not alone

turn all worries over to the Lord

and let his will be done

chorus

when the heart is weary

when the burdens grow

angels bring you mercy

with the blessings of a sacred rose

verse

there is a holy garden

a place of peace where you can go

you can turn within and dwell there

and find the blessings it bestows

when the heart is weary

with a heavy cross to bear

the lord will bring you mercy

And remove all despair

petals from the sacred garden fall

and bring you blessings here

And spirit lifts you up

 When the angels presence appears

I talk with Deborah Stone-Walls, Executive on Aging, Maui County Office On Aging

She answers common questions heard about Covid Vaccinations.

• 'll wait until they work the bugs out and make it better."

• Researchers have actually been working on vaccines for this type of illness for several decades. Over time, they have become much better at identifying genomes--or genetic instructions. We see this in other aspects of our society such as forensics investigations. These days, we don't blink an eye when we learn that someone's DNA has linked them to a crime. We don't question it. We trust the science.

• It IS very important to eat well. Good nutrition can help ensure that our immune systems are in the best shape possible. However, our bodies have never had to fight off this illness before. Good nutrition doesn't provide the immune response needed to keep COVID from making us very ill or possibly dying. Only the vaccines can do that.

• Over 500,000 people in America have died from COVID and millions have been hospitalized. While there are very limited instances of reactions to the vaccinations, the vast majority are short-lived and people fully recover. The likelihood of getting sick and dying from the illness is much greater. Of course, people should speak to their doctors--especially those who have experienced adverse allergic reactions in the past.

Spirit Speaks with Rev Cindy Paulos and Father Carel-Piet van Eeden A fascinating and enlightening conversation about how to deal with sailing through Stormy waters. We talk about Forgiveness, anger, and how we engage with others.  We also talk about the process that evolved from the making of the CD, In The Hands of God and the word for pome , Lord , help Me walk the Way.

lord let me walk the way that’s right

With your footsteps as my guide

By your spirit may I be healed

by the gift to forgive

that sets us free

and may I share these

Words that come

In silence from sacred dawn

when I commune lord with thee

for yours is such pure energy

a power so profound

 all creation is embraced

With a depth of love
