British auteur Michael Morros directed the excellent, To Leslie (2022) then took the reins of a beloved series of romantic stories all about clumsy unlucky in love Bridget Jones (Renee Zellweger) in a fourth film.

Our discussion was brief but covers a lot of ground, behind the scenes of Bridget working with Renee, knowing when a joke lands, being a romantic, the soundtrack then obvious praise for Andrea Riseborough (To Leslie) and more!

Enjoy, but my voice is a bit 'bugs bunny', sorry about that I was out of office conducting the interview (at my end) on my phone, without regular equipment.

Bridget Jones Mad about the Boy, from Universal Pictures. 124 min.

also starring

Hugh Grant, Colin Firth, Emma Thompson, Leo Woodall, Chiwetel Ejiofor

My quick rundown of better than expected rags-to-riches and beyond story of pop star Robbie Williams shot primarily in Australia, directed by Michael Gracey;
the maestro responsible for The Greatest Showman (2017)

So it makes sense why this is a brazen, showy film with memorable musical sequences, all taken from Robbie's 'mostly' wild life. Yes Robbie is a CGI monkey.

BETTER MAN
a memorable cast includes;
Damon Herriman, Jonno Davies, Raechelle Banno, Kate Mulvaney and Robbie himself as narrator
