As part of Mickey Rourke Talk series, I share my thoughts on Angel Heart (1987) an intense noir, still extremely controversial, impeccably filmed and one of my favourites, Johnny Favourite' one might say. Mickey in his prime era, brilliant here.

Directed by Alan Parker also starring Charlotte Rampling, Robert DeNiro, Kathleen Whilhoite, Pruitt Taylor Vince, Nicole Burdette as Ellie. Enjoy my ramblings and thought threads on this wild, devilish mystery.
