I thought, as someone tasked with reviewing these episodes, it would actually have paid dividends to be completely ignorant of Marc Spector’s story. After all, wouldn’t that have made the show more exciting? Weirder? Wilder? I occasionally glanced at the comments, and seeing that others weren’t as underwhelmed by the first four episodes, longed to be as thrilled by Moon Knight as they were. Mostly, I was just still surprised and delighted that ol’ Moonie-K had gotten his own show, considering how complex the character is.

Each of the top five films at the box office is expected to finish the weekend with higher figures than what was estimated on Friday. Retaining the top spot for the second weekend in a row, Universal’s release of Dreamworks’ The Bad Guys made $16.1 million, taking its domestic tally to $44.4 million.

In Moon Knight episode 5, “Asylum”, we finally got to know Marc Spector, and the show was all the better for it. While the latest installment of the Marvel series didn’t fix all the tonal and structural issues it suffered with in its first four episodes, it did offer its audience an olive branch in the way of essential cohesion that was practically AWOL while we spent time watching Steven Grant’s bumbling realization that he was just one identity in a body that had been reformed to house at least two.

Here we are with another episode of Netflix Roulette, this week we dive into possibly Michael Bay's worst films "6 Underground," starring Ryan Reynolds. 6 Underground is cartoonishly raucous explosion porn from mayhem maestro Michael Bay that feels like a film that was made over a decade ago and was just somehow recently unearthed by Netflix. It's a testament to star Ryan Reynolds and his seemingly effortless charisma because without him the movie would have been a snow-blind mess.

Yahoo! Screen never made another series. "Community" may have gotten its sixth season, but it killed a streaming service in the process. If you are going to go out, might as well do it in a blaze of glory. While season 6 was good, it still struggled on Yahoo Screen.

April has been a very healthy month at the box office and the biggest example of its success has been Sonic the Hedgehog 2. The video game sequel is in its third weekend of release and the film has made an additional $19 million in 57 markets across the globe. This includes three new markets. The international box office total now sits at $142 million and the global box office is getting ready to cross the $300 million mark. Sonic 2 opened this weekend in Poland, Malaysia, and India. They grossed $1.2 million at 236 locations, $475,000 at 116 locations, and $190,000 at 197 locations respectively. The film opened in all three markets at number one with the asterisk of India where the film opened up number one for a Hollywood title. We also give our review of Nic Cage's new film 'The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent.'

Welcome to another week of Netflix Roulette, where we pick a movie at random available on Netflix. This week we give our review of Without a Paddle. Want to know why Paramount Pictures is struggling? Watch Without a Paddle and you'll gain some insight. At least the film understands what it is, as is indicated by the steaming pile of excrement that appears 2/3 of the way through the proceedings. By then, we don't really need the clue, but it's appreciated. About the only way to make things worse would have been to add Tom Green to the cast.

The Punisher works in a gray area most characters never truly explore. Is he a hero because he is typically taking out dangerous criminals, or is he a villain because he is essentially a mass murderer? The answer may depend on whom you ask and what version of The Punisher we are seeing in action at that moment. He’s fought heroes and wrongdoers just the same, sometimes teaming with them and other times killing them. There isn’t one perfect answer or one clear label you can give The Punisher and maybe that’s okay as a fictional character. With that we look to answer the question and decide for ourselves whether he is a hero or a villain.
