  • Kiss Kiss Bang Bang(2005) and Charlie's Angels(2000)

Hold on to your butts because I, The Vern am going back to the past to discuss movies from the early 2000's.

First I am joined by Non Wells who is the host of You, Me and Empathy(https://nonwels.com/you-me-empathy) to discuss the Shane Black comedy, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang starring Robert Downy Jr, and Val Kilmer.  Next, Damien Riley of Riley on Film(https://rileyonfilm.com/) hops aboard my time machine to talk about Charlie's Angels(2000) starring Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu, and Drew Barrymore.

  • Killer Klowns From Outer Space(1988)

For today's episode, The Vern is releasing one from the podcast vault of As You Watch.  This was the very first show that he was ever a part of and he had many good memories of those times.  Why am I speaking in the 3rd person, I do not know.  But I do know that Joe, Nick and myself had a very good time discussing the cult hit Killer Klowns from Outer Space with guest Shane of Film Rehab.  We also discuss our top three favorite clowns in movies.  Keep in mind that this episode was recorded several years ago so our lists may seem a bit outdated.

  • Ed Wood(1994) Cinema Cult Club

On this reposted episode.  The Vern is joined by Movie Rob of https://movierob.wordpress.com/ to discuss our favorite moments from Tim Burton's love letter to the granddaddy of bad filmmakers, Ed Wood.  Before Tommy Wisau ever thought of The Room.  Mr Edward D Wood Jr was bringing out one bad flick after the other and this movie not only honors those classics,  It's also a love letter to film making and never giving up on your dreams.

  • The Fifth Element(1997) or John McClane in space.

I know it seems a bit odd to have this movie be part of our latest season because it did very well at the box office and it did have positive reviews.  Yet this was an episode that was previously recorded for another movie site that no longer has a podcast network.   So I thought it would be fun to repost this episode with guest Paul Hawkins of Filmily Fortunes to look at our favorite moments from The Fifth Element.

  • Heathers or How The Vern learned to stop worrying and love the podcast

Today is Friday December 6th and it is my Birthday and since, I am turning the age that is the answer to everything in the universe     I thought it would be cool to post the very first podcast I was ever on.  That show was The LAMBcast.(Link is below) and the movie that I got to discuss with other professionals was Heathers.  You see each month a film gets picked to be movie of the month, and I won with my very first podcast experience ever.  So my voice is a little choppy and not at all the professional voice you have grown to love .   Still a fun show, and I hope you all enjoy.
