Cinema Trip Reviews

During our livestream we decided to review The Stepfather from 1987 and since not everyone has the time to watch a three hour stream we wanted to make it available as it's own single review. Hope you enjoy!

After murdering his entire family, a man marries a widow with a teenage daughter in another town and prepares to do it all over again.

To close out our Halloween Spooktacular Alex joins the show to talk about a horror classic, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Directed by Tobe Hooper.

Unfortunately we did have audio issues on this episode due to our pc recording desktop audio instead of the mic audio. We apologize for the low quality.

Five friends head out to rural Texas to visit the grave of a grandfather. On the way they stumble across what appears to be a deserted house, only to discover something sinister within. #texaschainsawmassacre #tobehooper #leatherface #horror #slasher #horrorreview #moviereview #podcast

For our next review I decided to stick to 80's horror and review The Stuff Directed by Larry Cohen and released in 1985. #TheStuff #horror #LarryCohen #review #moviereview

A delicious, mysterious goo that oozes from the earth is marketed as the newest dessert sensation, but the tasty treat rots more than teeth when zombie-like snackers who only want to consume more of the strange substance at any cost begin infesting the world.

This week I'm diving into the sewer to talk about the criminally underrated creature feature, Alligator that was released in 1980. #Alligator #creaturefeature #monstermovie #moviereview #horror #horrorreview #alligatormovie

A pet baby alligator is flushed down a toilet and survives in the city sewers. Twelve years later, it grows to an enormous size thanks to a diet of discarded laboratory dogs injected with growth hormones. Now, humans have entered the menu.

David Gordon Green has returned to open up a new chapter of an existing franchise with The Exorcist: Believer. With all the talk surrounding the flick I had to give it a watch to find out if it's really as bad as everyone says. #TheExorcist #ExorcistBeliever #horror #horrorreview #moviereview #podcast #DavidGordonGreen #possession

When two girls disappear into the woods and return three days later with no memory of what happened to them, the father of one girl seeks out Chris MacNeil, who's been forever altered by what happened to her daughter fifty years ago.

Before we get into our Halloween Spooktacular next month I wanted to put out one final review and it's for a movie that everyone is talking about right now, Hulu's No One Will Save You which released over the weekend. I will also be providing a channel update at the end to let everyone know what we have planned going forward.
