Cinema Wellman

Join us for our 1st ever "animated" episode, so it's better to watch it than to listen to it although you'll still get the information. But if you listen and not watch, you'll miss the fun drawings our artistic director Denise created of me in studio.

Join us for a short episode of NON-basketball movies we screened during our March of Madness!

One was a bomb, but we also have four movies we think are worth your time.

Cinema Wellman ranks this year's Best Picture Oscar Nominees from #10 to #1, which is really the only way rankings should ever be unveiled.

Cinema Wellman opens the envelopes a day early and unveils their choices for this year's Oscars.

Join us as we unveil Cinema Wellman's "Mt. Rushmore" of Film Composers! We also have another four film composers to celebrate in an extremely honorable mention category! You may not know ALL of them by name, but you know all eight of these masterful composers!

Since everyone else does a "Year in Review," why can't Cinema Wellman?

And yet here it is!

Happy Season 5 of Cinema Wellman, and Happy 2026!

It's a WRAP for Season 4 of Cinema Wellman AND 2025!

Join us as we break down the Best & Worst of the 4th quarter of 2025.

Happy New Year!

Happy Festivus! That means it's once again time to air our annual list of grievances when it comes to movies!

We'll also thank some people who are very special to us here at Cinema Wellman.

Happy Holidays!

We decided to do our Top 10/Bottom 5 lists quarterly in 2025 instead of monthly for a couple of reasons outlined in our Season 4 opening episode.

Today we present our Top 10/Bottom 5 for the 1st quarter of the year (the months of January, February, and March).

There are more than a few we highly recommend, and that nasty handful to stay away from, of course.
